What is Haven?
Haven is an iOS app that tells you which airport lounges you can access, based on the credit cards, airline status, and lounge memberships you add to your profile.
How do I join the beta?
Haven is currently in TestFlight beta ahead of its full App Store launch. You can request an invite at flyhaven.app/beta-signup.
A lounge's hours, features, or access rules look wrong — how do I report it?
Use the "Report incorrect info" option on the lounge's detail screen in the app. It's the fastest way to get it corrected, and helps improve the data for everyone. You can also email us at hello@flyhaven.app with the lounge name and airport.
I found a bug
If you're a beta tester, use TestFlight's built-in feedback button (shake your device or use the TestFlight app). Otherwise, email hello@flyhaven.app with what happened and, if possible, your device model and iOS version.
Does Haven store my cards or personal data?
No — your memberships are stored only on your device, and Haven doesn't require an account. See the full privacy policy for details.
Which airports does Haven cover?
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Singapore, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, and London Heathrow today, with more airports being added over time.
